Our customers are important to us. We make every effort to ensure that your order is complete and correct. In order to provide our customers with a thorough understanding of Cork Innovations ordering process, we are providing guidelines and an outline of key policies below.

How does the order process work?
1. When you see an item that you want to purchase, enter the Square Footage that you need in the calculator and hit recalculate. The calculator will then determine how many cartons you will need for the amount of square footage you have entered. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ENTER ENOUGH OVERAGE TO COVER ANY UNUSAL WALL ANGLES.
2. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and you will be taken to the Shopping Cart screen, where you will see the number of cartons that was calculated.
- Click on the Recalculate button if you want change the quantity of your order.
- If you want to continue shopping, click on the Continue Shopping button
- Click on the Remove button if you want to remove an item.
3. If you are finished shopping and would like a final cost with shipping, select the state your order will be shipped to and the shipping options that you need and then click on the recalculate option which will take you to our secure page to fill in your credit card information.
4. Deliveries will be shipped via semi-truck or UPS/FedEX Ground (for smaller orders) within 48 hours of credit card approval. We will then provide you either a website tracking number or phone number so you can follow your shipment. Any changes to your order must be made prior to shipping by emailing us at info@corkinnovations.com or by calling us toll free at (888) 205-2128.
5. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and checks. Orders paid by check will not be shipped until the check has cleared. If you are sending a check, please make the check payable to:

Please note that paying by check will slow down the processing of your order. Orders paid by check are not shipped until payments are received and funds clear. Payments not received within 7 days of the order date may be subject to cancellation. Items that are in stock at the time that your order is placed may be out of stock by the time your order is actually processed. Paying by check typically delays your order by 10 - 12 business days.
6. Once the order has been shipped, we will email you with the projected delivery day and tracking number when available. Someone must be at the delivery location to accept the shipment when it arrives. All deliveries are curbside deliveries so be prepared to move the shipment from the curbside to it's destination. If you are in the need of additional assistance, please notify us when placing your order by noting it in the comments window and we will contact you with additional shipping options.

If you want to mail us your order, please contact us at so we can prepare your invoice.

Confirmation of Orders
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within 48 hours of placing your order. If you have not received your order confirmation within two business days, please email us at order@corkinnovations.com. We will make every effort to respond within one business day regarding the status of your order.

Does Cork Innovations charge sales tax?
Cork Innovations charges sales tax ONLY for orders that are billed in Colorado. All other orders throughout North America are tax free.

Can I track my order?
We will provide tracking numbers for your delivery when it is available but otherwise we will provide you email updates as your delviery get closer to its final destination. Tracking information is not available for samples since they are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Samples
All samples are approximately 3"x6" and the cost of samples includes the cost of shipment. Samples are shipped within 1-3 days via USPS unless other arrangements have been made.
