RETURN POLICY:


Our customers are important to us. We make every effort to ensure that your order is complete and correct. In order to provide our customers with a thorough understanding of Cork Innovation’s ordering process, we are providing guidelines and an outline of key policies below.

1. You must contact us at (888) 205-2128 within 5 business days of receiving a product to file a return.
2. All UPS returns must be repackaged in another box prior to shipping. Returns must be in sellable condition to receive a refund.
3. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 30% depending on the manufacturer.
4. There are no returns on trim, glue, underlayment or overages.
5. THE SHIPMENT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM MAYBE HIGHER THEN THE INITIAL SHIPMENT COST DUE TO DISCOUNTING AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
6. Return shipments will require customer to take products to either UPS location or a local terminal unless other arrangements are made.
7. Items must be received by manufacturer in re-sellable condition before a refund is processed. Returned products must be in the same condition as they were shipped, unless delivery receipt indicates damage. If products are visually damaged due to carrier and not indicated on the delivery receipt, we cannot refund you for the damaged items.
8. Any shipments refused (unless visible damaged), without the approval of Cork Innovations, will be treated as a return. The buyer will be charged shipping, return shipping and restocking fees.
9. Due to changes that can occur in production lots returns will not be allowed after 30 days. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all freight charges incurred to you as well as the freight charges for the return of the merchandise.


DAMAGE POLICY:

1. When you receive your order, you MUST inspect for damages or missing items and write them directly on the delivery receipt. Look for anything suspicious such as gouging, dents, or rounded corners. Cork Innovations cannot be responsible for any damaged or missing items if they are not indicated on delivery receipt and you will have to file a claim directly with the carrier.

If your order is shorted, you must indicate this on the Delivery Receipt or we will not be held responsible for replacement and you will have to file a claim directly with the carrier.
2. DO NOT THROW AWAY DAMAGED PRODUCT. All damaged products become the property of the carrier and they have up to 120 days to determine if they want to inspect, pick up or allow you to discard damage products.
3. Once a damaged claim is approved and processed by the carrier, the manufacturer will provide replacement of damaged products ONLY. Manufacturer will not provide refund or credit on damaged products.
4. You may refuse an order if the order is visibly damaged, but you must write directly on the delivery receipt why you are refusing the order. If the shipping company determines the order is damaged due to their handling, we will reship your order upon refund from the carrier.
5. To file a damage claim, please email or fax to us the delivery receipt with indicated damage and photographs of the damaged boxes or damaged item.



CANCELLATION POLICY:

Contact us prior to shipment to avoid any charges. If your order has been shipped prior to cancellation, we will make every attempt to redirect your shipment back to the manufacturer. The buyer is responsible for all shipping, return shipping and restocking charges. Any refused shipments that are not damage related are considered a return and all applicable charges apply. 

You may cancel your order at any time without penalty if the following conditions exist.
1. Your item is a regular stock item and is not a special order item.
2. Your order has not shipped.

In the event that you need to cancel an order after it has shipped contact us immediately. You will be responisble for all freight costs as well as re stocking charges for the item. You may not cancel orders or return items that are "Special Order" not regularly stocked items and custom flooring.
