SHIPPING INFORMATION


Our customers are important to us. We make every effort to ensure that your order is complete and correct. In order to provide our customers with a thorough understanding of Cork Innovationâ?™s ordering process, we are providing guidelines and an outline of key policies below.

How to calculate shipping:
Calculating your shipping cost is as simple as 1 - 2 - 3. Please follow the below instructions:
1. Add the items you want to purchase to your cart
2. Select the state your items will be shipped to
3. Select the shipping options that best suit your needs
Please click on "Recalculate Total" button

Cork Samples: All samples are approximately 3"x6" and includes the cost of shipment. Samples are shipped within 1-3 days via USPS unless other arrangements have been made.

Cork Flooring: Once we receive your order, we will email you a receipt within 48 hours of placing your order. Once your order ships, we will email you all tracking information.

All orders will be shipped via semi-truck or UPS/FedEX Ground (for smaller orders). If available, we will provide you with a website tracking number or phone number so you can determine when your order will be delivered. Any changes to your order must be made prior to shipping by emailing us at info@corkinnovations.com or by calling us toll free at (888) 205-2128.

If the semi-truck cannot reach the delivery location, contact us at (888) 205-2128 to make other arrangements. Additional charges may apply.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY

1. When you receive your order, you MUST inspect for damages or missing items and write them directly on the delivery receipt. Look for anything suspicious such as gouging, dents, or rounded corners. Cork Innovations cannot be responsible for any visually damaged or missing items if they are not indicated on delivery receipt.

2. You may refuse an order if the order is visibly damaged, but you must write directly on the delivery receipt why you are refusing the order. If the shipping company determines the order is damaged due to their handling, we will reship your order upon refund from the carrier.

3. DO NOT THROW AWAY DAMAGED PRODUCT. All damaged products become the property of the carrier and they have up to 120 days to determine if they want to inspect, pick up or allow you to discard damage products.

4. Once a damaged claim is approved and processed by the carrier, the manufacturer will provide replacement of damaged products ONLY. Manufacturer will not provide refund or credit on damaged products.

I ordered five boxes of Apollo Ebony APC Cork flooring from your site. Your price per square foot was slightly more expensive than your competition but with shipping your site still ended up being cheaper.

I received promt and courteous e-mail messages letting me know my order shipped within about 24 hours of placing my order.

Once I received the order a couple days later I noticed one of the boxes had some type of oil substance that had seeped through. Upon further inspection it seemed it went right through the box and was soaked up by the cork, causing it to warp.

I e-mailed customer service immediately and they shipped out a replacement box the next day.
